30-day returns. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

How to start a return. Email support@firstcupsupply.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide return instructions.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
